PROCESS SERVING RATES
We offer flat rates that are market-competitive and economical. Ham-tor-serve will visit the individual’s workplace as well as residence for the same charge if they are located in the same city. However, such a request has to be made in advance. All flat rates include three serve attempts at the given address.

Our FLAT RATES are indicated above for each of our process services. Further, each ADDITIONAL process service for the same address at the same time is only $30.00, regardless of the area in which it is served. Supplementary fees are charged only for substitutional mailing ($3.00), notarization ($50.00), couriers, and locate charges, only when successful, ($50.00). The flat rate 407 ETR Toll Charge is $6.00.
